RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RETURNS & REFUNDS

To return your package contact info@scentsnipes.com within 5 days of receiving your package and we will begin the return process. We will provide you a return label if the following qualifications are met:

  • The package must be in the same condition as you received it.
    • Unaltered, unopened, and unused remaining in its original packaging
    • You are required to provide proof of purchase and a picture of the package to show it hasn't been altered.

Due to the nature of these items, if opened or handled, they may no longer be safe or usable. 

A refund for returned items will be issued within 8 business days after approval. Please allow additional time for processing due to payment method and bank timelines. 

How to return? We will send you a return label with included instructions after return approval. All returns must use the prepaid return label we provide. please do not create your own, as our return processing address is different from the one on your package.

REFUNDS CONT.

if any of the following qualifications are met:

  • Package was lost in transit and not delivered
  • Package was stolen 
  • Package was damaged
    • Damage includes crushed, leaking, or broken items that occurred during delivery.
  • Package was altered (tampering and compromised packaging)
    • Tampering includes any visible signs of packaging being opened, resealed, or broken in transit.

To request a refund, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@scentsnipes.com. Replies typically occur between 1-2 business days. Include:

  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the package/item
  • Proof of purchase

Please allow additional time for processing due to payment method, bank timelines, and USPS claim resolution. USPS may take 7–30 days to make a decision. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. 

Please note:

  • Refunds cannot be guaranteed unless the situation meets USPS’s requirements and is approved by them.
  • We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Please double check your address at checkout.
  • Refund claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Refunds will not be issued if the issue is determined to be caused by misuse, intentional damage, or failure to provide sufficient proof within the required time frame.

At Scentsnipes you can shop with confidence. We ship through USPS which includes insurance coverage up to $100 on packages. If you have any trouble with your order, please email info@scentsnipes.com. I will personally look into the situation, and I will contact USPS on your behalf in order that your claim be processed. If the claim is approved USPS will refund money to me which I will then refund in full, back to you.
