Shipping policy
Processing Time:
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing times may be subject to change due to holidays and carrier availability.
Shipping Carrier:
All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, which includes tracking and up to $100 insurance coverage for lost, damaged, or tampered packages.
Shipping Time:
Estimated delivery time is typically 2–5 business days after your order has been processed, depending on your location. Please note that USPS delivery times may vary, especially during holidays or severe weather. In total it may take between 3 - 8 business days to receive your order depending on time of order and additional circumstances.
Shipping Rates:
Free shipping on orders of $30 or more (before tax and discounts).
Orders under $30 will be charged a flat shipping fee, calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking:
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost/Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost, damaged, or tampered with in transit, please contact us at info@scentsnipes.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will file a claim with USPS on your behalf.
If USPS approves the claim, we will issue you a full refund, including shipping costs (if paid). Please understand that USPS claim processing may take 7–30 days.
Returns:
We currently do not offer returns on purchases. However, we do offer refunds if qualifications are met.
Incorrect Addresses:
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Scentsnipes is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.
Currently Shipping To:
We only ship within the United States at this time.
